Sergey brings 29 years of experience in the field, serving as the former Head of Trading at Metallinvestbank. He is a globally recognized expert who graduated from Moscow State University, Physics Faculty, in 1997, and earned an Executive MBA from TRIUM (a collaboration between LSE, NYU, and HEC) in 2017. Sergey has been residing in Tel Aviv, Israel since 2022.

He is a member of ACIFXC and has held various prestigious positions in the past, including membership in the Global FX Committee established by the Bank for International Settlements in Basel. Under Sergey's leadership, Metallinvestbank’s FX&MM Desk received numerous awards from the professional community, being recognized multiple times as the best in Russia. The team developed the first electronic trading solutions for the FX market in Russia and became the first global market maker for the Russian Ruble. Sergey has been acknowledged as a valued contributor to professional media on topics related to currencies and global markets.

Ibragim Gadzhiev has the reach background as the top manager in companies where the software development and system integration is the brimstone of the business.
